“Hunger of the Pines” is an oil painting done of pine trees behind my house. When I think of Ocala I think of the wonderful biodiversity we have here. A Central Florida staple, pine trees are a main feature in the backdrop of our city and I’ve always enjoyed the silhouettes they create against our vibrant skies.
